All prices displayed on the Five Degree Shift website are subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to revise product prices at any time before an order is confirmed and accepted.

In rare circumstances, prices may be revised after an order has been accepted due to factors beyond the control of Five Degree Shift, including but not limited to:

• Changes in government regulations or taxation
• Variations in customs duties or import/export policies
• Increased shipping or logistics costs
• Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates
• Any other unforeseen circumstances impacting order fulfillment

In such an event, you will be notified of the revised price and given the option to confirm the order at the updated price or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel, a full refund of any amount paid will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
