Returns & Exchanges

At Five Degree Shift, each garment is made to order with careful attention to craftsmanship and fit. As a result, we currently offer exchanges only and do not accept returns or refunds. Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order by contacting our team with their order details.

Please note that sale items, customised pieces, and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange.

In certain cases, where an exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Any store credit issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Exchange Terms & Process

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
  • Customers may select an alternate style of the same value or a higher value by paying the applicable difference amount.
  • Once the exchange request has been approved, the garment may be shipped to the address shared by our team. The brand will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit when the piece is being shipped back to us.
  • Kindly share the shipment tracking details with us via email or WhatsApp once the package has been dispatched.
  • To ensure a smooth exchange process, garments must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, alterations, or signs of wear.
  • All exchanged pieces undergo a quality check upon arrival before the replacement order is processed.
  • As each garment is made to order, kindly allow 10–14 business days for the exchange to be processed after the returned piece has been received and approved.

Returns & Faulty Items

As all Five Degree Shift garments are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item, kindly share clear images of the concern with our team within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Upon review, the garment may be recalled for a quality check at our discretion.

Following the assessment, we may offer:

  • A replacement piece to resolve the issue, or
  • Store credit / credit note, where applicable.

Any store credit issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The brand will not be liable for any damage or defect of the product post 2 months of purchase.
