Natural Dye & Ajrak Print Disclaimer

Some of our products are crafted using naturally dyed fabrics and Ajrakhand-printing, a traditional textile technique that uses natural ingredients and dyes.

Due to the inherent nature of this artisanal process:

  • Color shades may vary slightly from piece to piece.
  • Variations in tone, depth, and finish are natural characteristics of natural dyeing.
  • Ajrak prints are often running prints; therefore, the placement of motifs and patterns may differ slightly across garments.

These variations are an integral part of handcrafted Ajrak textiles and should not be considered defects. Each piece is unique and reflects the authenticity and individuality of the craft.

By placing an order with Five Degree Shift, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

4. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue product without prior notice
  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Limit quantities sold per order

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Razorpay and Stripe.

Five Degree Shift is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return, exchange, and refund policies are provided separately on the Site. Variations resulting from natural dyeing or Ajrak hand-printing, including color or print placement differences, shall not be considered valid grounds for return or exchange.
